Simple 10 min at home workout to build lean strength.


Beginners: Replace the timed intervals with 5–10 reps per exercise.

Intermediate: 30-second work, 30-second rest

Advanced: 45-second work, 15-second rest


Complete all exercises as a circuit

Repeat circuit 2X


  1. Squats, 30 sec | 30 sec rest
  2. Push-Ups, 30 sec | 30 sec rest
  3. Reverse Lunges, 30 sec | 30 sec rest
  4. Double Crunches, 30 sec | 30 sec rest
  5. Mountain Climbers, 30 sec | 30 sec rest
